South Shaolin Temple, also known as Quanzhou Shaolin Temple, is fully known as Zhenguodong Temple, commonly known as South Shaolin Temple. Compared with the Shaolin Temple in Henan, it is said to be the birthplace of southern Chinese martial arts. It is located at the eastern foot of Qingyuan Mountain in Quanzhou.
