This Mazu stone statue consists of 96 granite stones. The upper part of the base is a square with a side length of 960 cm and the bottom is a square with a side length of 987 cm. It means that Mazu was born in 960 AD and ascended to heaven in 987 AD. The stone statue is 15.13 meters high and stands on the top of Zuci Mountain Park, facing the Mazu city under construction.
